About HABITA

What the app does

HABITA is a habit tracker and journaling app for people who want a daily routine that survives a real week.

Most routine apps assume you have a good day every day. HABITA is built the other way around. Every habit has a minimum, regular, and extended version, so ten minutes of stretching can be recorded as four when that is what the day allowed. Missing a day never deletes your history, and there is no streak to lose.

The app keeps your habits and your reflections in one place: a short daily list, guided morning and evening journaling, gratitude notes, affirmations, a thought-reset exercise, and a small library of guided breathing practices for the days that feel full. There is also a Workshop for building a new habit or replacing an unwanted one, with a plan you can revisit.

Who it is for

HABITA is for anyone who has started a routine and stopped: beginners who want to start small, people returning after a gap, and anyone who would rather write a few honest lines than keep a perfect record.

It is not a medical or therapeutic service, and it does not diagnose, treat, or promise anything about your health.

Who builds it

HABITA is built and maintained independently.

Your habits, journals, and reflections stay private to your account, and your journal text is never sent to an AI service.
